Alliance Construction is currently looking for people to fill the following positions in its Scarborough, Maine office:
  • Project Manager
  • Project Superintendent
Project Manager
Alliance Construction requires its Project Managers to handle multiple projects while monitoring costs and coordinating subcontractors.  Ability to keep, maintain or revise a project schedule is a must.  Knowledge of computers is essential!  Must be able to do take-offs. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in General Contracting, Construction Management and/or Design Build.  Experience in commercial or industrial construction preferred.

 

Project Superintendent
The Project Superintendent is responsible for all field activities for a specific project, the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, and on-site SAFETY.   Must be willing to travel. Must be computer literate; and must have a minimum of 5 years experience in General Contracting, Construction Management and/or Design Build.  Experience in commercial or industrial construction preferred.
